Consultant to various international, federal, and state resource management organizations. Past President for Friends of Yaquina Lighthouses.

Employed as Assistant Vice President & Real Estate Loan Officer at Oregon Coast Bank. Previous fundraising experience with YMCA, Food Share, Altrusa and Isaac Newton Magnet School.
Secretary – Marcie Quintana
Loan Officer, Oregon Coast Bank. Involved in fundraising for the Newport Relay for Life Volunteer for the Newport Booster Auction
Treasurer – Cora Warfield
Employed with Oregon Coast Bank. She is involved with the Toledo Summer Festival and various fundraising events in the Toledo area.
Kathryn Lorraine Bice (Lorrie)
Retired Registered Nurse of Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital, County Home Health, Family Practice and Long Term Care. Past volunteer positions with Red Cross Blood Clinics, Festival of Trees, Mouse Factory Preschool, Altrusa, Lincoln County Drug and Alcohol Program, Neighborhood Watch and Olympics of the Mind.
Retired Sales Rep. for major HVAC manufacturer. Currently a volunteer at Oregon Coast Aquarium (past 7 years), and YCAP Food Bank volunteer in in McMinnville for 6 years (main residence in McMinnville).
Semi-retired Anesthetist at SPCH. Artist showing at ForArtSake Gallery in Nye Beach, and the Yaquina Arts Association. Board member for Writers on the Edge. Member of Tuesday, a coastal writers group.
Retired from the business of books and information as library manager of public libraries and college library director. Has development experience as college alumni director. Volunteered for the Oregon Coast Aquarium for seven years. Currently volunteers for Food Share’s biggest fundraiser: Be Jeweled, and is a Master Gardener and Master Composter.
Julia Young Lorion
Maternal Child Health Program Manager, Lincoln County Health and Human Services. Experience with Lincoln County’s Childhood Obesity Coalition and Lincoln County Foods Group. Volunteer with Centro de Ayuda and certified leader for English and Spanish language chronic disease self-management programs offered in Lincoln County.
