Our Board of Directors
Rebecca Lytwyn, President	Joe Peterson, Vice President
Employed as a Real Estate Loan Officer at Oregon Coast Bank. Previous fundraising experience with YMCA, Food Share and Altrusa.	Retired from International Harvester Credit Corp. Volunteer at the Lincoln City Pantry. Previously served on the boards of The Preservation Association of Devils Lake and The Grass Carp Festival in Lincoln City.
Cora Warfield, Treasurer	Susan Trachsel-Secretary
Employed with Oregon Coast Bank. She is involved with the Toledo Summer Festival and various fundraising events in the Toledo area.	Operations Manager for DHS Self Sufficiency in Newport. Currently serves on the Siletz Valley School Board.
Greg Wells	Doug Wills
Owner of Greg Wells Insurance. Longtime member of the Yaquina Bay Optimist Club. Actively involved in his church in Toledo.	Owner of Management Alliance. Experienced in fundraising and board involvement with Friends of Yaquina Lighthouse and Samaritan Pacific Hospital Foundation.
Lynn Thomson	Bill Works
Loan Officer/New Accounts Rep at Oregon Coast Bank in Waldport. Survivor Chair for Relay for Life for 2006 and 2007.	Retired from the City of Lincoln City as Finance Director. He currently volunteers at the Lincoln City Food Pantry.
